Singing For Wellbeing Circles are groups of people who want to improve their wellbeing and see benefits to their health and mental wellbeing through the power of singing. Participants in Singing For Wellbeing Circles can do so in person or through an online session. Songs are simple songs which can be learnt easily and harmonies can be added as you gain familiarity with the songs. Songs can be sung a capella, with a back track or instrumental backing as desired.
